Q. Do I need to sign up before picking up products?

A.   No. You do not need to sign up in advance. We do suggest arriving close to start time to ensure you receive your product.

 

Q. I am worried about my health, how do I pick up products?

A.  We understand. To protect you and our volunteers, we are doing drive-thru events.

 

Q. Are the products safe to bring home?

A.  Absolutely. Product is pre-bagged and will be placed in your car.

 

Q. Do I qualify for this program?

A.  Bags are available for anyone in need. There are no pre-qualifications such as income, where you live, or how many in your household.

 

Q. Does it matter where I live?

A.  No. It doesn’t matter where you live. You pick the location that is best for you.

Q. Can I send someone else to pick up my bag?

A.  Sorry, no. You must be present to pick up products for your household or family.

Q. I would like to make a donation. What is the best way to do that?

A.  The easiest way is to donate money is online HERE. If you want to donate product please contact our staff HERE.

Q. Is my donation to essentials outreach tax-deductible?

A.  Yes. If your donation exceeds the IRS guidelines on reporting we will attempt contact you with the appropriate documentation. For most small donations the donation receipt you receive via email should suffice for proof. Our EIN is #81-3203953.
